atlantic city...

last saturday...

yeah, finally.....i've been putting off this trip for weeks now and i finally found the energy to brave the almost 2 hours bus trip from center city philadelphia to atlantic city alone...... this is actually not my first time in A/C (i was with a friend before and we never took the bus) but i still love coming here....... i'm thinking of going to cape may next time...... i need to do it fast before autumn comes........

forgive the photos, i know it looks gloomy..... it was foggy when i got there and it rained a little..... but i was still able to sit on the sand for hours and just allowed myself to get mersmerized by the sound and the sight of the rolling waves....... i love the ocean......... it always has a calming effect on me.......

i arrived in A/C past 9am....... walked along the board walk, ordered a funnel cake and finally sat infront of the ocean while throwing shells at the birds (poor birds, but i'm not really hitting them...i was just playing with them) and water every now and then......... when atlast the sun peeked out and i feel the burning in my skin, i decided it's time for me to leave........ i left around past 1pm and headed for the outlet stores......no i don't like casinos..... i just bought myself some of my "fave item" from CK and just continued store-hopping until i figured it's time for me to take the bus back to philly (i have to meet with a russian friend at 5pm in center city for a cup of tea).....
