i had my first taste of waves (both literally and figuratively) in siargao, when my friends and i went to mindanao for our cdo-camiguin-iligan-siargao trip....... tyx and leia had their first taste of the waves thru "go travel magazine" (hi ced)........... it was because of that experience that we decided to introduce surfing to our friends............ we love the waves and we know how hard it is to go surfing by yourself if you're a newbie plus surfing can really sound intimidating sometimes, the reason why we came up with the surfvivor series......

yep, the above image was our very first surfvivor logo created by yours truly, lol........i know it's a far cry from our latest cool surfvivor logos, thanks to rege who never fails to amaze us with her logo designs.............. anyway.................... and yes, surfvivor's very first wave was december 1-2, 2006......... how time flies, huh? we have been bringing people and introducing people to surfing for a year now....... it was thru our surfvivor series that people started learning about travel factor.........
and now.....drum roll please.......
as we celebrate surfvivor's 1st year anniversary we are having a surfing competion for all surfvivor dudes and dudettes, old and new.............. unfortunately, we are already fully booked (2 buses) but if you still want to join the fun you are welcome to watch....... this is also when we are going to launch the Philippine Organization of Surfers and good news, if you have been a surfvivor, you are automatically member of the group!
